I have been baking sourdough bread for 35 years now and this has to be the most unusual use of sourdough I have ever seen.  Wonderful!!

Also, from what I&#039;ve read, the lye bath is essential... if only I could find a source to purchase a small (less than three pounds) quantity!</description>
